About The Role
This position sees you join an inclusive team with an inspiring CEO who is committed to developing your talent and seeing you succeed. Reporting to the fabulous National Education Manager, you will be playing a crucial role in supporting customers, as well as key clients and stakeholders.
The Duties
- Day-to-day administrative support to the department
- Monitoring of customer assessment and progression
- Provide e-Learning support
- Maintain a well-established database
- Drafting formal correspondence
- Preparing meeting agendas and actioning meeting outcomes for the Board of Committees
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a switched-on and proactive individual, with strong attention to detail, and a true passion for customer service excellence. You will be able to hit the ground running and take advantage of the support and training provided by your team. This is a varied role that requires you to be a confident administrator, excited to build on your pre-existing skills and take ownership of the position.
