- Post graduate qualification at Masters Level in Emergency/ Critical Care nursing (Nurse Practitioner) as approved by the NSW Nurses and Midwifery Board or evidence of working towards attainment.
- Demonstrated evidence of advanced practice and clinical leadership within the emergency setting the equivalent of three years full time advanced practice within the last five years
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work autonomously within the team focused environment of the Emergency Department
- Demonstrated advanced clinical leadership role, negotiation, liaison, interpersonal and problem solving skills across acute care. This includes advanced conflict management and resolution skills
