Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the transport department, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating transport services, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including driver logs, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize routes and maximize efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in transport and logistics administration preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.

- Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
