We're seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Transport Team based out of Mount Wellington - Auckland.
Our Transport Division is a big business that involves carting of aggregates across Auckland, you will be amongst a thriving office environment working alongside another Administrator as part of the wider Transport team.
In addition to the above you will:
- Carry out financial administration, including month end tasks and invoicing
- Reconcile sales claims and manage sale approvals in a timely manner
- Manage our sales claim spread sheet including reviewing and cleansing accounts
- Participate involvement in monthly financials and operations planning meetings
- Support the Bulk Cartage Transport team with any admin support

We're looking for someone with:
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Package experience
- Good level on verbal and written communication
- Previous experience in Sales Administration is preferred
