The Role:
Our Brisbane depot has an opportunity for a Transport Administrator with a focus on customer service to join their team on a casual basis.
In this casual position, you will gain the opportunity to cross train across the full team to cover peak periods and annual leave.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Escalation point for key customers
- Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met
- Managing freight bookings and time slot requests
- Debriefing driver paperwork
- Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration and Depot Manager
To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:
- Be able to prioritise high volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent time management skills, planning and organisational skills
- Have a positive attitude with the willingness to learn
- Be a team player with Excellent customer service skills
- Have a genuine care factor for the needs of the internal and external customer
