We're looking for a positive, organised and motivated person to assist the Operations Manager with transport coordination.

The role
You'll undertake a range of tasks assisting the Operations Manager with transport coordination/allocation, including:
- Respond to phone and email enquiries/bookings
- Create local and interstate bookings using our software system
- Book vehicle servicing, maintenance and COI bookings
- Process maintenance request forms and ensure paperwork/systems are up to date
- Learn the process of transport allocation
- Liaise with customers, drivers and other stakeholders
- General office duties as required
What are we looking for
- Previous experience in a similar role ideal
- Ability to understand, follow and adhere to processes, systems and regulations
- Ability to input and maintain accurate, timely data and information
- Confident dealing with issues that arise, quickly and calmly
- Data entry/software systems experience
- Great communication skills, professional and friendly customer service approach
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and a commitment to your training and development
