MACA currently has an opening for an experienced Transport Administrator working out of our conveniently located office in Welshpool, close to all major transport arteries.
The Transport Administrator will provide administrative support to the transport department, assist in scheduling and coordinating transport services and maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including driver logs, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
You will also co-ordinate and record all transport movements between Central Warehouse/Suppliers/Sites and the warehouse and staff in our central dispatch warehouse.

You will have:
· Previous experience in transport and logistics administration preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
