The Transport Department is an integral part of our business and as a Transport Administrator your role is crucial in ensuring that customer deliveries are coordinated in conjunction with production and client requirements.
This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday and is based at our head office in Corio, Vic.
Key responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):
- Confirmation of deliveries including daily production ring around for all deliveries within the next 5 days.
- Liaise with customers on their site requirements/access and update information in Company Software Programs.
- Change delivery dates as required and maintain manageable schedules for Production/Transport.
- Ensure an accurate communication flow for clients and other departments.

- Excellent customer service skills, including a professional telephone manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good general administration skills.
