Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the transport operations of the company to
transport passengers based on client requirements.
Responsibilities:
? Liaise with clients and offer transport solutions that meet their needs.
? Plan, organize and manage staff to ensure work is done consistent with company standards.
? Receive orders and bookings and approve transportation schedules.
? Organises the purchase of new fleet of buses to replace old buses.
? Collaborate with staff to formulate and implement transportation related procedures.
? Arrange repairs and routine maintenance of the buses.
? Prepare roster for office staff and bus drivers.
? Research transportation cost, methods, and opportunities to improve network efficiency.
? Maintain operational records and statements and prepare reports for Directors.
