Transport Risk & Compliance Coordinator - Permanent

Our client specialises in cold chain solutions for FMCG products, they're a leading provider of integrated refrigerated transport, cold storage and logistics services.

SHIFT ON OFFER: 9am - 5.06pm Monday to Friday 

Qualifications & experience

• Strong knowledge on Victoria geographically
• Previous experience working as a Risk & Compliance Coordinator within the Transport industry is highly regarded
• Excellent knowledge of Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication and collaboration abilities
• Great problem-solving and analytical skills as well as effective decision making skills
• Have high attention to detail and deliver exceptional customer service
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Working knowledge of local transport and contractual laws and regulations

Tasks & responsibilities

• Audit client's carrier partners to verify that they operate compliantly with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements
• Achieve audit productivity and quality standards
• Provide precise audit reports to carriers, with clear finding details, and actionable short/mid/long-term corrective and preventative action suggestions, and helping achieve and maintain compliance requirements
• Investigations and follow up 
• Compile monthly market risk management reports
