Who's in the Team?
We are focused first and foremost on people-led travel consulting, our number one Customer Value Proposition is the Travel Expert- YOU! We train our Travel Consultants to be experts in providing exceptional customer care for over 5000+ corporate clients leisure travel across FCTG. In this role it will be:
- 100% Work from Home model or option to work in one of our teams office locations
- Want OTE earnings of $80k+
- You are passionate about customer service
- Able to manage new and repeat client's leisure bookings
- Strong collaborative working environment - all ideas are valued and considered
- Minimum 2 years in the travel industry
- Exceptional multitasking ability, you will juggle priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations
- To be a "people person" who values the importance of developing strong relationships
- Destination knowledge is a must
- A high level of attention to detail
- GDS experience required, Sabre highly regarded
