As a Travel Consultant at PayTravel, you will be the primary point of contact for clients before, during and after their travels. Your role is to ensure exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to make their travel experiences seamless and enjoyable.

Tasks:
- Client Support: Serve as the main point of contact for clients via phone or email, assisting with enquiries, reservations, and post-travel support.
- Sales: Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel-related services, ensuring accuracy and meeting their preferences.
- Itinerary Management: Manage client itineraries, including changes, cancellations, and updates, while providing clear and timely communication. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise before, during, or after travel.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients about their travel experiences, addressing any complaints or suggestions for improvement, ensuring they return as a loyal PayTravel customer.
What Are We Looking For?
- A minimum of 2 years’ corporate or retail travel experience
- Proficient in the use of Sabre or a similar GDS
- Knowledge of reward seat bookings using airline and credit card points to secure high value seats
- Excellent customer service skills in a travel environment, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills including multi-tasking and prioritizing of workload.
