National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic and highly-organised Treatment Coordinator to join the team in a part time capacity, 3 days per week, at our DB Dental Claremont practice.

About the Role
As a Treatment Coordinator you will coordinate and facilitate treatments plans for patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient dental care experience. You will work alongside specialists, lending your support and contributing to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Coordinate treatment plans.
- Schedule appointments and ensure proper sequencing of procedures.
- Communicate treatment options clearly and concisely to patients.
- Collaborate with the specialists to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of treatments.
- Clearly explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes and associated costs to patients.
- Reception and telephone management
- Data entry and patient follow-ups
- Appointment scheduling and patient enquiries handling
Skills & Experience
You have:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Dental Treatment Coordinator position.
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant/ Receptionist.
- Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W)
- High level of professionalism and exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- A polished, professional image with a high standard of personal presentation.
- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
