Your New Role:
Due to increased growth in our business, we are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist and Customer Service to join our close-knit Team. You will be known as someone who is consistent & goes beyond to provide quality and friendly Customer Service, where you will be working with our clients in the residential building industry. To fit this role, you will enjoy the challenges of working under pressure while following through on all aspects of Customer Service. Additionally, you will provide support to our Orders Administrators, requiring a high attention to detail to accurately maintain our processes and systems. You will be supported by a dedicated and focused team while provided with full training in your initial weeks.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Demonstrated success in a previous receptionist or Customer Service role in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong administrative & organisational skills with a preference working in the construction industry.
- Strong level of computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Strong approach to building positive relationships, along with a positive can-do personality.
