We take paper based processes and automate them by configuring a series of best of breed products including Data Capture, Workflow Automation, Integration and RPA.
This includes solutions like Accounts Payable automation, HR process automation, Sales Order automation and much more, across all industries.

What you will do:
Support the implementation of work automation processes using digital transformation products (capture, workflow, document management, integration, robotic process automation, web forms etc etc).
Configuration of changes to existing solutions where required.
Career progression:
There are many paths you can follow as you learn more about where you want to drive your career, whether it be in the Services department, or even in another department within the organisation.
The direct progression is the Graduate Solutions Consultant, once you graduate. In this role you will take on more responsibility in the solutions we implement and the changes to existing solutions that you would make.
From there, when you are ready, you will move to a Solutions Consultant, where you will lead your own implementations of our solutions as you build up your knowledge in our products and their capabilities and application across a number of industries.
Key skills required:
- Able to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Exceptional communication both written and verbal such that you can extract and document key information from customers and prospects.
- Excellent time management Skills
- Self-motivated and a strong desire to drive successful outcomes
- Able to accept responsibility
Key technical skills:
- Programming knowledge – C#., PowerShell, Regular Expressions
- Experience with REST/OData/Soap Web Services
- SQL Server and SQL scripting
- Knowledge of Business Analysis and documentation
