We pride ourselves on hiring people with deep expertise in either early childhood education or IT – combined it ensures we deliver a premium service to our customers.
Selection Criteria:
- Experience in a CCS Software and an understanding of CCS subsidies
- Aware of general office duties in a childcare environment and used a childcare management software or child learning software documentation tool.
- 3+ Years of experience working in the Early Childhood sector
- Good computer and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to develop good relationships with children, families and staff
- Enjoy solving problems
- Willingness to learn and help customers
- Ability to set priorities, plan and organize own workload, with minimal supervision and excellent time management skills
