• Utilising advanced knowledge of urban planning principles to develop innovative solutions for urban development projects.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and integrate them into planning processes.
• Preparing comprehensive documentation, reports, and proposals to support urban planning initiatives.
• Assisting in project planning and management, ensuring effective resource allocation and timely delivery of projects.
• Analyzing data and trends to inform decision-making processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Mentorship of Junior Planners (Senior Urban Planner) and contributing to their professional development.
• Fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Contributing to the overall growth and profitability of our urban planning discipline through continuous improvement initiatives.

Hybrid working options availableQualifications

• Tertiary qualification/s in Planning or Environmental Studies
• 4-8 years of relevant (and demonstrated) industry experience (Strategic/Statutory)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interpret and communicate information of a complex nature
• Excellent time management skills
