We are seeking a professional, committed and enthusiastic Venue Hire Coordinator. As a member of the Community Relations Department, the Venue Hire Coordinator is responsible for the operational planning and delivery of all external stakeholder Venue Hire requests across the All Hallows’ School campus including weddings, conferences and sporting associations. This includes liaison with external stakeholders during the initial enquiry phase, and complete management of the booking end-to-end processes, including resource allocation and fee collection.
This is a full-time, ongoing position, involving 38 hours per week. The operating hours of the school are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Flexibility will be required as there is a requirement for the incumbent to attend evening and weekend functions.
This position will commence on Monday, 22 July 2024, or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
