Role
In this role you will plan, produce, edit, and distribute video content as part of our Marketing Team, to build and engage new and existing customers through Social Media, podcasts, and other digital platforms.
You will be creating and producing content that is relevant to practice managers, therapists, clinical business owners, and their peers within the allied health industry.
Your to-do list includes:
- Providing editorial and technical direction of topics during the planning and production of content.
- Recording, editing, and publishing cohesive video series, podcast seasons, reels, and short-form content.
- Analyzing and reporting on the performance of content to inform future campaigns and planning.
About You
You will have the experience and skills to lead and develop projects autonomously, with extensive media editing experience and technical knowledge of video and audio formats, alongside exposure to Social Media and digital content publication platforms.
Your abilities will also include the research and analysis of viewer and engagement data, awareness of the technical requirements of video content delivery across online platforms, and proficiency with written content and content management systems.
Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, edit, and distribute video content in collaboration with the Marketing Team to engage new and existing customers through various digital platforms including Social Media, podcasts, and other campaigns.
- Provide editorial and technical direction during the planning and production phases to ensure the content aligns with organizational goals and resonates with the target audience within the allied health industry.
- Record, edit, and publish cohesive video series, podcast seasons, reels, and short-form content, maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual style across all platforms.
- Analyse and report on the performance of content using relevant metrics and data analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to inform future campaigns and content strategies.
- Lead and develop projects autonomously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content consistently.
- Utilize extensive media editing experience and technical knowledge of video and audio formats to optimise content for various digital platforms, ensuring compatibility and optimal viewing experience.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging technologies, incorporating findings into content strategies and production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Management to brainstorm ideas and execute successful campaigns across different channels and initiatives.
- Manage content distribution across Social Media channels, digital platforms, and content management systems, ensuring timely and efficient publication and maximising reach and engagement.
- Stay informed about the technical requirements and best practices for video content delivery on different online platforms, proactively adapting strategies and workflows to optimise performance and visibility.
- Demonstrate proficiency with written content creation and editing, contributing to scriptwriting, copywriting, and other editorial tasks as needed to support content development and marketing initiatives.
- Foster a creative and collaborative work environment, sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
