The hospital has undergone a significant expansion to become a 105 bed Rehabilitation, Medical, Palliative and Mental Health Hospital with further growth anticipated. Toronto Private Hospital are seeking applications for a highly motivated part-time  (15 hours per week, Mondays and Fridays) team members to join the Administration team at the facility. You will provide a high level of customer-focused service to both internal and external enquiries in relation to all aspects of our hospital. 

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 12 months experience in a healthcare or administration environment
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills  
• Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail 
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced team environment and prioritise workload appropriately 
• Outstanding time management and organisational skills including; ability to take initiative, application of problem solving, and capability in decision making 
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite and database software
• Demonstrated customer service skills

Desirable Criteria:

• Certificate in Medical Terminology 
• Experience in patient Management systems.
