Warehouse Administration

YOUR NEW ROLE: 

As a Warehouse Administrator, you have a mixed one – looking after the trade sales counter for face-to-face walk-in sales and packing up warehouse orders and shipping around Queensland.  

This is a mixed role that requires you to be an independent worker – it’s a large business but a small team in Queensland that works collaboratively.  

Responsibilities: 

• Review orders and package appropriately. 
• Serve customers face-to-face via a trade sales desk. 
• Process sales transactions on the in-house computer system and EFTPOS. 
• Handle inbound goods deliveries.

HERE’S WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in warehouse operations. 
• Valid driver’s license. 
• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with the team. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution. 
• Commitment to maintaining a positive work environment for both customers and colleagues. 
• Computer literate – able to use Email and online processing 
• Keyboard skills
