What will you do?
The successful candidate would be a very good multi tasker able to perform tasks as follows:
- Booking freight online
- Entering data to generate despatch documents
- Printing pick slips and organising them to be completed in order.
- Crosschecking the physical finished pallets and weights to manage the truck capacity’s.
- Contacting transport company’s on the phone to follow up or organise quotes and emergency freight.
- Tracking and tracing delivery’s
- Cross checking the reports with outstanding goods to be sent
- Analysing the detail to avoid any stock discrepancy issues.
- Actively checking and labelling outbound goods
- Keeping a log of issue or DIFOT problems.
- Helping in the warehouse where required
Who are you?
You will come with a great attitude and willingness to work, you may also possess:
- Prior experience working in a similar role
- High-level of attention to detail
- Good customer service skills
- Problem solving skills
- Strong confident attitude
- SAP or similar batch tracking system experience preferred
