SEAWAY is seeking a full-time Warehouse Operations Manager to manage and oversee the day-to-day Warehouse Operations, based at our Merbein location.
This role will specialise in the processing of almonds. Prior experience in a similar role within the perishable freight sector with seasonal demands will be necessary to assist you in hitting the ground running in this role.

- Regular and effective liaison with warehouse and transport teams to maintain overall site productivity
- Oversee stock control
- Participate and sometimes run Toolbox meetings
- Oversee daily site operations and identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee equipment and warehouse maintenance
- Customer relationship management
- Develop and implement SOPs
- Ensure OH&S procedures are strictly followed at all times by staff and visitors
- Assistance with special projects, reporting and general administration
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
- Warehouse Operations Experience (at least 2-3 years), preferably in a leadership role
- Adaptable and proactive in identifying creative solutions to problems
- Able to delegate and lead a team

- Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively
