Warehouse Team Leader (2Ic) - Online Retail - Full Time

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Warehouse Team Leader.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this full-time permanent role will help manage incoming and outgoing receipts, oversee warehouse activities, processing orders via Netsuite, click & collect orders for onsite customer collections.  

The role would suit a store person with hands-on experience in warehousing either currently or previously leading a team or taken on responsibilities to further their career objectives. 

The Role

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the warehouse pick/pack team, supply inventory management and deliveries to stakeholders across the site.
• Support the Warehouse Manager and enforce all workplace OHS&E policies including developing risk management strategies.
• Ensure product quality standards are being adhered to.
• Manage a small team of warehouse operators ensuring compliance and process training is undertaken in conjunction with company policies.
• Daily replenishment tasks including forklift use.
• (IT) Administration work using Netsuite.
• Support the Customer Service, Receiving, Click Collect & Returns department.
• Follow up on customer queries ensuring all stakeholders are satisfied with our level of service. 

Experience

• Prior experience in a Team Leadership role or senior store person would be looked upon favourably.
• Warehouse operational activities including Inventory Control essential.
• Must have experience with warehouse management systems, Netsuite preferred or have used warehouse systems will be favoured.
• Experience in people management and leading a team.
• Forklift license preferred or willing to obtain a license for ongoing replenishment duties and transferring of goods.
• Confident, results driven and self-motivated.
• Ability to liaise with Customer Service and Senior Management as required.

The role is Monday to Thursday, 8am-4pm & Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm with an attractive salary in line with experience.
