Excellent opportunity to earn uncapped commision with an established financial services company. Earn 180k in your first year.
Your new role
As a Vehicles Sales Consultant you will be accountable for qualifying and nurturing leads and opportunities in the fulfillment of the organisation’s vehicle solutions, from quote to completion and delivery of novated leasing products to their customers. You will be given Warm Leads to convert to finance.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Providing lease quotations, assisting with credit applications, vehicle sourcing and liaising with external dealers and suppliers
• Ensuring pipeline is managed effectively through the CRM systems
• Ensuring compliance and consistent application of policies, guidelines, procedures and legislation
• Identifying and referring potential cross sell or upsell opportunities
• Sharing process improvement ideas with internal stakeholders
• Active participation in team/business meetings and events

Your skills and experience

• Ideally you will have at least 1 year previous Sales/Customer Service experience from any industry (real estate, recruitment - as long as you're driven by sales, they want you!)
• You are known for your exceptional customer service
• You pride yourself on being an outstanding communicator
• You consider yourself a tech savvy and motivated individual
