What we are looking for:
Are you ready to steer the course of our Infrastructure Delivery team towards success? We’re seeking a capable and driven individual to take on the role of Water Industry Team Leader. Join us in overseeing the seamless execution of projects vital to our water and sewer systems.
As the Water Industry Team Leader, you’ll serve as the guiding force behind our Infrastructure Delivery Team, ensuring the flawless implementation of projects pertaining to water and sewer systems. Your responsibilities will include providing expert guidance, steadfast support, efficient communication and supervision to team members, all aimed at achieving project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

What you should have to apply:
Experience within the water/wasteWater Industry
Previous Supervisory experience
Current Medium Rigid (MR) drivers’ licence or above
Construction Induction Training (White Card)
Outstanding work ethic
Awareness of Safety
Driven to succeed
Be willing and able to follow instructions, including complying with written procedures
Possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to provide excellent customer service and work effectively as part of a team
What’s nice to have:
Certificate (AQF Level 3 or above) in Civil Construction or relevant trade qualifications (e.g. Licensed Plumber/Drainer)
Confined Spaces Certification
Current competency in the operation of a bobcat, backhoe and excavator
