Wellbeing Manager - Ashfield Terrace Care Community

About the role:

• Based @ Ashfield Terrace Care Community
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
• Developing programs for meaningful engagement, social events and activities for residents
• Delivering of wellbeing programs to support residents’ mental health and quality of life
• Supporting & mentoring the social events team
• Working in conjunction with the Care Community’s team to provide a tailored approach for each resident to aid their mobility and independence
• Completing lifestyle assessments
• Liaising with residents to develop activities that meet their cultural, spiritual, social and physical needs and preferences
• Delivering Opal’s Meaningful Life Program Initiatives
• Qualifications in Leisure and Health/Community Services desirable
