Wholesale Customer Service

Maria's Pasta is an iconic brand in the Melbourne wholesale market, over 200 loyal customers who love our Pasta! From 5-star restaurants, exclusive members clubs to your favorite pub, we're all over town.

We are looking for that special someone who loves food, customers and getting it right the first time.  An experienced customer and process driven hospitality professional, who has a passion for perfection.

Its a busy vibrant family owned business that prides itself on delivering the perfect pasta, each and every time. Our new production facility has recently been moved so the whole business can operate from the one place, right out the front of the Nth Fitzroy tram stop.

The role responsibilities will include:

• Organizing and inputting the customer orders every day.
• Contacting our customers on a regular basis.
• Assisting in updating our customer engagement tools.
• Organizing and monitoring deliveries everyday to ensure our drivers get off on time.
• Site visits to ensure we maintain our customers love for the way we do things. Plus sharing new sample tastes and flavors.  
• New store visits to share our pasta flavors and build our customer base.
• Manage and trouble shoot any preventative customer support issues.
• Uphold a constant and hassle free customer experience .
• Being proactive in every effort, owning the role.
• Greet our retail customers where required.

To be successful in the role you will need to have:

• A love of working within a small family team, detail focused with a can do attitude.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality industry or in a similar role in another relevant industry.
• An ability to build a strong relationship with our customers, our team in a passionate and professional manner. Ready to do that bit extra to win the day, every day.
