● Manage customer winemaking, from grape receival to bottling.
● Contribute to production organization, planning, and execution.
● Monitor and maintain wine quality, exceeding client expectations.
● Keep detailed wine records and provide reports to clients.
● Participate in tasting, blending, and trial work.
● Collaborate with clients to ensure quality outcomes.
● Adhere to company quality, environmental, and safety policies.
● Prepare commercial wine samples.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Winemaking, Oenology or equivalent.
● Previous winemaking experience.
● Familiarity with Food Safety Management Systems, Standards, and Organic production.
● Must have an ability to work extended hours with flexibility during vintage which will include weekend and night work
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Winery Specific Software.
● Strong time management skills and a positive, motivated attitude.
● Passion for winemaking and commitment to excellence.
