What role will you play?

As part of our Winter Development Program, you’ll learn about our business, gaining valuable insights into our global corporate M&A, advisory, equities or investment. You’ll be exposed to the workings of real deals, transactions and investments, while learning new skills and building your professional network. You will receive hands on and formal training, and be supported by your buddy, mentor and colleagues.

This is a paid 3-week internship and all participants are eligible to be fast-tracked for our Summer Internship program.

From M&A and capital markets to principal and equities, in Macquarie Capital you’ll gain valuable insights across our full spectrum of capital solutions in a team with global reach.
