The Role
Newly created to provide a strong framework of WHS strategy and practice, this role will lead strong conversations and will action the creation of key documentation, policies and an overarching strategic plan to ensure there is a workable roadmap for the business leaders to work with.
A big part of the success of this role will be education. Providing key information and resources to all levels of the business to support any WHS incidents and reporting, preventative actions and assessments for physical and psychological risks and all key communications across the entire organisation. Salary commensurate with experience, circa $130k is on offer.
About You
You are appropriately credentialled and experienced in WHS either working at a management level now, or ready and eager to take a step up into this stand alone role that works closely with Human Resources. Highly organised and able to prioritise your work, you bring excellent organisational skills with the ability to have multiple projects on the go.
You are a natural communicator and are able to adapt your style to your audience, you build credibility, trust and long-term relationships and have the ability to influence outcomes.
Systems literate and methodical, you have the experience to work through projects, report back to management and provide solutions to current and future concerns in this area.
