Responsibilities:
- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring food preparation is efficient and up to standard.
- Cook and present dishes according to established recipes and techniques.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in your section by adhering to health and safety standards.
- Supervise and train any assistants working in your section.
- Assist in menu development and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, with a strong focus on Italian cuisine and pasta dishes.
- Formal culinary training or equivalent experience in Italian cooking.
- Good organizational and leadership skills.
