Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

About The Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for two Workforce Administrators to work within our Operational Business Performance department.

  • Opportunity for a Workforce Administrator to join the team on a casual basis.
  • Availability to work weekends is essential with some weekday work required. Office hours are 7am-7pm Mon-Fri, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm
  • Play an integral part in the management of end-to-end rostering of our casual workforce.
  • Be the first point of contact for our casual employees and work closely with management to provide a quality service to our customers.

About You

  • You will have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a rostering position preferred. 
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with a wide range of people.
  • Knowledge of rostering systems Skedulo and/or kronos advantageous
  • Be a lateral thinker and have creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to various situations and changing priorities.
  • Experience in disability or the community sector is advantageous.
