About The Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for two Workforce Administrators to work within our Operational Business Performance department.
- Opportunity for a Workforce Administrator to join the team on a casual basis.
- Availability to work weekends is essential with some weekday work required. Office hours are 7am-7pm Mon-Fri, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm
- Play an integral part in the management of end-to-end rostering of our casual workforce.
- Be the first point of contact for our casual employees and work closely with management to provide a quality service to our customers.
About You
- You will have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute.
- 3+ years’ experience in a rostering position preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with a wide range of people.
- Knowledge of rostering systems Skedulo and/or kronos advantageous
- Be a lateral thinker and have creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to various situations and changing priorities.
- Experience in disability or the community sector is advantageous.
