Job description:
The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design construct Snowy 2.0. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.

Purpose of the Role:
To be responsible for analysing planned and actual Workforce Data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement, as well as to ensure that FGJV has the right number of skilled employees at the right time in order to meet its operational needs.
Qualifications:
- White Card
- Advanced Certificate in Microsoft Excel
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' Experience in workforce planning or other relevant date/business analytical roles - preferably in the construction industry
- Extensive experience in the use of Microsoft Excel

Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain workforce plans based on current and projected needs.
- Analyse workforce trends and make recommendations for adjustments to staffing levels
- Collect and clean data from various sources in order to analyse and interpret data using statistical and analytical tools.
- Create staffing schedules that align with project timelines and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with recruitment and project managers to understand project staffing needs and adjust plans accordingly.
- Monitor and report on key workforce metrics, such as headcount, turnover and productivity
- Create staffing schedules that align with project timelines and resource requirements
- Collaborate with recruitment and the wider human resources team to ensure timely and effective staffing projects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to workforce planning analytics in order to ensure the continuous improvement of data quality and analysis methods.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
- Communicate workforce analysis findings and recommendations to key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
