The Opportunity
Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the State Logistics Manager, the Workforce Planning Manager will provide critical support to the State Logistics Manager, to reduce the volume of administration the Management team encounter that prevents them from performing their primary responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide accurate and timely financial and performance information to the State Logistics Manager and Operations Managers
- Manage the reconciliation and accrual process (where required) for all expense, labour, freight invoices.
- Collation of key performance indicator results
- Chep/Loscam pallet control
- Purchasing and inventory management of all stationary, consumables and other expense supplies, controlling wastage and purchasing costs
- Onboarding Agency Casuals to Systems, as well as liasing with Customer service and Sales teams
We are looking for:
- Demonstrated admin experience within a logistics environment
- 2+ years pallet control experience
- Experience in SAP advantageous
- High level of proficiency across Microsoft suite, including Excel
- Highly developed organisational and planning skills
