Rural Health West aims to improve access to quality healthcare for rural communities through the provision of a highly skilled, motivated and sustainable medical, nursing, midwifery, dental and allied health workforce. We are seeking a Workforce Solutions Program Officer to join our team to provide high level support to the Workforce Solutions team who assist connecting health professions with vacancies in regional and remote Western Australia. In this role you will:
- Assist the team with recruitment enquires, including vacancy management and screening of candidates.
- Take editorial responsibility for e-bulletins to stakeholders (eg Allied Health professionals).
- Maintain recruitment database and participate in evaluation and reporting activities.
- Process invoices and program payments
- Administer our rural clinical placement grant funding program for university students studying eligible disciplines
- Support the Workforce Solutions team with other duties as required
- Foster a culture of strong staff engagement aligning with Rural Health West values.
Ideally you will have the following skills and experience:
- Relevant program administration experience
- Well-developed communication skills
- Ideally, but not essential, experience in the use of talent management or similar databases.
