Looking for a proactive Workforce Specialist to manage our casual workforce. This role involves strategic planning, rostering, recruitment, and collaboration across teams.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our team as a Workforce Specialist and play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating our casual workforce for the CA Program and CA Study Masterclass. You'll be instrumental in implementing best practice workforce management, collaborating with diverse teams, and driving program-wide change.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Strategic Management: Assess current workforce management and plan for future needs.
Selection and Rostering: Schedule facilitators and markers efficiently.
Recruitment Excellence: Assist in recruiting and onboarding new hires innovatively.
Data Organisation: Ensure accurate and accessible workforce information.
Collaboration and Performance: Work closely with teams and manage performance in line with policies.
ABOUT YOU
You are a proactive, and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and relationship building skills with a passion for driving change in workforce management. You will also have:
