What will you be doing?
As Workplace & Administrative Coordinator you will be the primary contact for all internal enquiries, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who engages with us.
You’ll manage office logistics, including catering, stationery, business cards, and merchandise and keep our space organised and inviting for the AUSMASA team.
In the role of Workplace & Administrative Coordinator, you will manage monthly team meetings, provide effective inbox management and keep staff resources up to date, including administration of our intranet and CRM systems.
As the ‘front of house’ face you will ensure all team members have the tools they need, from laptops to access keys, onboarding our new starters, coordinating learning opportunities, such as Lunch & Learn sessions and organising team days, including venue and catering bookings.
You will be a key member of the Operations team, assisting in recruitment processes from start to finish, including job postings and interview scheduling. Develop helpful 'how-to' guides and manage membership administration.
More specifically, you’ll:
- Be ready learn and to coordinate everything from recruitment processes to payroll administration with discretion and professionalism.
- Be proficient in Microsoft 365 and quick to learn new systems, you'll keep our operations running smoothly.
- Showcase your exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in every task, from updating employee records to coordinating events.
Must haves:
- Minimum two year’s administrative experience
- A self-starter who takes initiative and can work autonomously.
- Values diversity and actively contributes to a respectful workplace
- A love for learning and personal/professional growth
Bonus points:
Previous experience working in a small, national team.
