Apply your property/facilities project coordination experience.Showcase your exceptional customer service and administrative skills.Permanent, full-time opportunity, based on site.Purpose of the roleWe are seeking a customer-oriented and solutions-focussed Workplace Projects Coordinator to play a key role in the delivery and implementation of a range of Workplace Projects across the NGM Group property portfolio. Working within the Workplace Management team, this position will work closely with our key stakeholders to ensure we deliver projects on time and within budget.This is a great opportunity for a person passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers.What will your key responsibilities include? Supporting on all project-related activity.Collaborating with key stakeholders, customers, and contractors.Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within allocated spend.Coordinating all project documentation to ensure compliance and data is captured effectively.Responsible for make good requirements across our premises.Contributing effectively within project working groups on all new fit out requirements.Supporting our branch network on all project-related activity.Working on coordination of workplace moves across the business.Management and maintenance of Greater Bank corporate signage including those in the ATM network.What are we looking for?Demonstrated experience working in facilities or property management.Experience delivering on projects related to workplace and retail.A friendly and approachable demeanour, with exceptional customer service and communication skills.The ability to work unsupervised, as well as effectively as part of a collaborative team.Strong time management and organisational capabilities.The ability to adapt and embrace change.Excellent attention to detail.Experience with Microsoft Office programs, ideally including MS Projects.
