You will have at least 3 years’ experience and will enjoy a broad role working directly with two Partners in a high performing, friendly and innovative workplace relation team. Acting for employers you will work on a diverse range of matters relating to issues such as post-employment restraints, unfair or unlawful dismissal, industrial disputes, compliance with workplace laws, organisational change strategy and management, sexual harassment and bullying, and workplace health and safety, and complex workplace investigations.
