An opportunity exists for an experienced Works Supervisor to join the Works Department team. The Works Supervisor will provide assistance to the Works Manager and supervise the Works team.
The Works Supervisor will be responsible for the planning of works delivery, allocating and coordinating resources across staff members to ensure works and projects are delivered in line with agreed time, cost, quality and safety standards.
To be successful in this position you will need to have experience in civil works, construction and maintenance activities as well as management of a team and planning of work.
You will also be asked to undertake a National Police Certificate as part of the conditions of employment.
What we offer you
This position attracts $97,000 per annum.
In addition, superannuation is paid at 11%.
Council offers above average rate and additional annual leave.
You will work a 9-day fortnight roster with a rostered day off every 2 weeks.
