Workshop Supervisor

2XM are currently on the hunt for motivated Workshop Supervisors for some of our grade A clients across manufacturing and servicing within the trucks and transport sector. The positions:

• Supervising and coaching the practices of small to medium teams of HD & LV mechanics, welders, apprentices and trade assistants to name a few
• Implementing practices and procedures to ensure the smooth running of operations within workshops
• Maintaining records of work completed and materials used
• Maintaining stock levels of parts, supplies and equipment
• Scheduling of work rosters

The Person:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or servicing of trucks, trailers, and transport vehicles (advantageous but not essential)
• Trade Certificate (preferred)
• Quick thinker and problem solver
• Strong commitment to safety of workers
• Great leadership and communication skills
• Previous experience in supervisory roles
