About the role 

The Mobile Crane Division based in our Erskine Park site currently has a vacancy for an experienced, skilled and motivated Technician. In this role, you will work as part of a small team and report to the Workshop Manager. You will be responsible for the provision of detailed and efficient diagnostic, maintenance and repairs of Liebherr Mobile and Crawler Cranes..

Duties 

• Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical diagnosis
• Major and minor services
• Maintenance and component replacements
• New machines build as required
• Complete detailed service reports
• Examination using specialist tools and equipment
• Maintain the professional profile, high quality and Customer Service standards 
• Undertake training to gain new skills.

Skills & experience 

• Hold a recognised trade qualification in mechanical or electrical field
• Demonstrate good knowledge of electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems
• Experience working on Mobile Cranes and related equipment is preferred
• Excellent diagnostic and computer skills
• A current driver’s license
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, supervisors and colleagues
• Willingness to work overtime/on call when required
