Apply now for the position of Business Manager, and you will support the Siemens Healthineers XP business in this fast growing and dynamic market. You will support the whole life cycle for offerings within the given portfolio in line with set budgets and agreed timetables, driving product demand in XP. This role will ideally be based in Melbourne or Sydney, however applicants located in other major city locations are welcome to apply.
Your role:
- Develops and / or ensures implementation of product related marketing strategies to drive product demand in assigned organizational units.
- Develops and implements a unit-wide marketing plan and cooperates with all involved departments to ensure execution.
- Defines and allocates product marketing budgets and resources and constantly controls and monitors budget adherence.
- Develops a forward-looking business strategy and product marketing plan and sets and monitors respective targets.
- Plans, coordinates and oversees progress and achievements for outbound marketing activities agreed for assigned products.
- Develops product marketing requirements and contributes to pricing, product messaging and positioning.
- Manages assigned organizational unit(s) and leads and / or coordinates dedicated management and staff.
Your expertise:
The successful candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of the local Digital Xray and Women’s Health market, existing industry contacts and the ability to develop relationships within a clinical environment. Strategic orientation and a sound understanding of the business and clinical drivers of the Australian and New Zealand Digital Xray and Women’s Health business are advantageous.
You will have excellent communications skills and a methodical and structured approach to your career. The ability to promote Siemens Healthineers solutions within a clinical environment will also underpin the success within this position.
You will have tertiary qualifications in Radiography as well as relevant clinical or industry experience and have experience in a senior position either within the clinical environment or within business. You must be able to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
