We currently have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Zero Harm team and provide support on projects and initiatives required to be delivered as part of our Zero Harm processes. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with Zero Harm team members, operational teams and other key stakeholders to improve Zero Harm practices within the National Operations business as a whole.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and understanding of ZH management systems
- Support communication of legislative changes and best practice initiatives to management and operational personnel
- Provide a consistent approach focusing on all aspects of ZH including health and wellbeing, safety and environment and sustainability
- Operate under the direction of line manager and within one’s ability. Seek assistance from subject matter experts were required
- Act as a change agent to increase the organisational ZH maturity
- Provide general day to day support directly to the operational business
- Engage with stakeholders to promote innovation in managing ZH; drive continual and organisation improvement by encouraging improved ways of working
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of Health, Safety & Environment theoretical and technical concepts
- Ability to work under broad direction, independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience working on corporate projects
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, knowledge of MS Office and ZH systems
- Proven ability to establish relationships, build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
