We are seeking a committed 1st YEAR APPRENTICEto join our team.

To be eligible to apply you will:

• Have a keen interest in baking quality products including cakes, pastry and working with recipes from scratch (no pre-mixes).
• Possess good communication skills, with a strong command of the English language, because you will be working as a key member of a close-knit team.
• Take pride in your personal and work presentation.
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
• Hold current full-time Australian working rights 

This is a full-time position, which will involve some nights and weekend work, so a flexible approach to working hours is required. Own transport is essential for late finishes/early morning starts.
