Who are we:
Pedro's Seafood Bar and Grill in Ulverstone Tasmania is a family owned business in a unique setting looking out over the Leven River. We are a small team, with a focus on offering great products, having fun and teamwork. Having recently changed hands, we are in the process of modernising our systems, and our offerings, and are looking for the right person to join our existing kitchen team to help us on our journey.
Who are you?
To thrive in this role, you will be a productive person, with great initiative and an eye for detail. You need to enjoy what you are doing, and perform well under pressure. You will play a crucial part in delivering great product in a timely manner, and often perform a variety of roles within the kitchen.
In return, we offer a safe and supportive environment. You will be encouraged complete apprenticeship modules, take on new tasks, and continuously upskill.
You will be on a roster based around opening days of 5 per week, with flexibility around family, sport and recreation.
Remuneration will be dependent on your skills and qualifications.
