ICT Procurement and Contracts Officer REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, OR EXPERIENCE The Project Procurement team provides specialist ICT project Procurement and contract management support within the Business Innovation Directorate (BID). The candidate will assist in Procurement and contract management activities relating to IT projects, Energy Policy consultation and general ICT resource/service contracts. Strong knowledge of government procurement policies and a working knowledge of IT concepts and terms would be advantageous. Working with the Manager, Project Procurement, the successful candidate must have a minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles. Key responsibilities:?Process purchase orders for the acquisition of services as required.Assist in the planning and formation of low to medium risk contracts to ensure compliance with relevant State Government and departmental policies and procedures.Ensure all procurement documentation complies with State Government and Departmental policies.
