Your new company:
Talent International are partnering with a State Government Department to fill the below contract opportunity. This role will see you join the Project Management and Scheduling team who are responsible for enabling project managers through training and information to help deliver successful projects. This team operates across the whole department and deals with civil construction projects as well as business improvement projects.
Your new role:
This role will see you take on the below responsibilities throughout the course of the contract.
- Apply your extensive learning and development skills and experiences to lead in uplifting state-wide learning and development efforts.
- Build and deliver learning and development solutions, related to project management, including e-learning solutions using software such as articulate (or similar).
- Lead the analysis, development, and implementation of capability development approaches, strategies, plans, support tools and services.
- Support Project Managers by assisting with the resolution of complex issues and promoting best practices related to delivering projects.
What you’ll need to succeed:
We strongly encourage your application should you have demonstrated the below skills and attributes:
- Formal qualification in Project Management and / or substantial experience in design / development / delivery of projects.
- Experience in creating or maintaining a project management method.
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience developing capability materials and delivering specialised project management training, would be highly desirable.
- Knowledge and experience in learning and development tools.
- Proven delivery at building Learning and Development solutions.
