Temporary full time opportunity to manage, coordinate, design and deliver learning solutions to build capability, deliver organisational development and non-clinical learning initiatives across Metro North Health.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Manage, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions, workshops and other learning activities using engaging techniques and Learning methodologies to maximise learning outcomes.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling and execution of program and project initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall organisational goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand their requirements, gain buy-in for learning initiatives and ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to learning programs, such as participant registration, attendance tracking and resource allocation.
