About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Manage, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions, workshops and other learning activities using engaging techniques and Learning methodologies to maximise learning outcomes.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling and execution of program and project initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall organisational goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand their requirements, gain buy-in for learning initiatives and ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
- Manage administrative tasks related to learning programs, such as participant registration, attendance tracking and resource allocation.
